What We Do
Our family currently works with orphans and vulnerable children in the town of Puerto Lempira, Honduras. Puerto Lempira is the largest town in the region of La Moskitia, primarily inhabited by indigenous Miskito Indians.
The mission of Reach Out Honduras includes 3 areas:
- Christian Discipleship
- Educational Opportunities
- Sustainable Solutions for the entire community
God has placed a huge dream in our hearts for a Christian middle and high school for poor students from the region. We hope to begin with the first class of 7th graders in February of 2014! Partner with us to make the school happen…
Additionally, through Reach Out Honduras, we host short-term mission teams and long-term individual volunteers/interns for specific projects or long-term service.
