Our state side team is small, and we're looking for an energetic self-starter with a heart for our students to grow with us!

• Hours: 8 -10 hours per week with a goal of 30-40 hours each month (Remote)
• Structure: Independent Contractor. (Income taxes will not be taken out of your compensation.) As Administrative Assistant, you'll set your own hours and execute responsibilities with guidance from the Board of Directors and the Executive Director of ROH.
• Reports to: Executive Director, Treasurer and ROH Board of Directors

Responsibilities:

Donor Database Support

 • Enter manual transactions for checks received bi-monthly and log giving from FB donations, Paypal, and Benevity (online bulk disbursements) 

• Run a monthly report of failed transactions and reach out to donors to fix problems with the support of ED 

• Provide a list of new donors to ROH Executive Director every 2 weeks 

• Help curate mailing lists to provide to other ROH users as needed 

• Assist in the preparation and emailing of annual tax statements to donors and resend as needed 

• Assist ROH Treasurer and Bookkeeper with annual 990 preparation

• Create monthly auto email thank you’s for recurring giving with ED input 

• Help coordinate mailings for events and annual updates 

• Provide donor communication support to ED as needed • Other tasks as needed by the ROH Board of Directors or Executive Director 

Student Sponsorship Program Support

 • Help maintain the student sponsor database 

• Collaborate with ED and our team at Abundant Life Institute on sponsor connect processes throughout the year (updates on students, coordinating letter mailings etc) 

• Assist in bulk sponsor email communications and mailouts
