Melvin Garcia is the Facilities Manager of the Institute of Abundant Life. He was born in La Mosquitia and is raising his family in Puerto Lempira. Melvin has 20 years of construction and management experience. He is also a Pastor and motivator. Before being promoted to Facilities Manager in 2017, Melvin served on the construction team that built the classrooms and facilities for the school. As Facilities Manager, Melvin leads the cooks, watchmen and cleaning staff. He coordinates our feeding program and the maintenance of the school facilities. Melvin is a passionate, faithful leader who offers daily encouragement and love to our students and staff.
